I love Vincent’s Jewelers! My husband originally purchased my solitaire engagement ring from Vincent’s last February. It was beautiful. I loved the ring and the service we received from the beginning. The reason for my review is what followed our original experience. Shortly after our engagement my mother was diagnosed and passed away from cancer. I wanted desperately to do something special with her wedding ring for my big day but didn’t know what to do. I knew I wanted to save the center stone for my brother but there had to be a way I could use the smaller accent stones. I took the ring into Vincent’s and Maria knew exactly what to do. After a few short days, I had a whole new ring. Maria was able to take the smaller accent diamonds to create a halo around my original solitaire then took the two larger accent diamonds and tucked them beautifully underneath creating a peek-a-boo diamond just for me. Now every time I look down at my ring, I think of not only my husband but my mom. Thank you so much Maria and Vincent’s Jewelers, you truly outdid yourself.

Visited about 8 other jewelers for an engagement ring and no one compared. The Vincent's Jeweler's team made sure I was taken care of and "Uncle Marc" was perfect. He made me feel comfortable and made the whole process a ton better. The thing that separates Vincent's from everywhere else is that Marc was honest and didn't push a sale. He got me a wonderful price and amazing diamond, but he immediately eliminated more expensive diamonds that weren't a good deal. It's truly a timeless experience when you can walk into a place, having last minute plans at that, and a company completely take care of your needs! I recently purchased an engagement ring online and as luck would have it, the ring arrived late. I had to consider last minute resizing options literally a day before I was to head out for our vacation, and hence the big question!! I walked into Vincent's as soon as they opened and was greeted right away by Chris. I explained my unfortunate circumstance and was met with reassurance! "Yes, we can get this taken care of." Even despite the inconvenience, Chris along with Leo and their team allowed me an opportunity to give my girlfriend the dream proposal I had envisioned for so long! I can not possibly thank them enough for their kindness and flexibility!
They have plenty of space for parking. The store is clean and nicely decorated. I have purchased several pieces of jewelry from them. They can get a wide variety of loose stones in few days. The price is reasonable and is comparable with internet price. They can also make custom jewelry for you. They have an excellent service and are friendly and knowledgeable. I usually work with their manager Mario. He is very efficient and usually get the job done at my request.

My wife lost the diamond out of her engagement ring a while back. Last year, I went to Vincent's to find a loose diamond to replace it. Even though I am positive my purchase was not a big one, Mario treated me like I was his only customer, spending a lot of time with me to find a good fit. He was knowledgeable and professional, which is how the whole shop felt--not surprising since they have been in business a long time. We went back recently to have the prongs checked and the ring cleaned and the same was true. I could have saved a few bucks on-line, but the service is worth the few dollars more.

I bought my wife's engagement ring at a different jeweler. After the ring was made, we got a quote for custom bands to match it. The quote was ~40% higher than expected so I shopped around. I ended up requesting a quote on Vincent's Yelp Page and got a reasonable response.
I then went in and met with a Jewler. They're a bigger operation than your typical small time jeweler but not as big as those big guys like Jared's. They still have the personal touch you'd expect from shopping local.
It took a visit or two to get the mold correct but everything was painless. Most importantly, it was a great price. I didn't feel like I had to haggle, either. They started with the quote that was nearly half of other jewelers. I recommend checking them out if you're in the business of buying some jewelry!

Leo, I just wanted to take a couple minutes to let you know about my fantastic customer experience with Marc Savory. I was searching for an engagement diamond about 2 months ago, and had looked at numerous local stores before coming to Vincent’s. I was fortunate to have met Marc, and he immediately was enthusiastic and friendly, and listened to what I wanted. I had done my homework and had an idea of what I was looking for. Marc took it and ran with it, working hard to bring in several diamonds from different vendors/ cutters immediately for me to look at. I never felt pressured and I felt he was fair and honest with the pricing.
When I later found another diamond from another vendor that I that I thought was unbeatable, Marc was somehow able to once again do a thorough search and ultimately brought in the diamond that was even better, which I ended up purchasing. My fiancée loved it! I felt that Marc was knowledgeable, energetic, trustworthy, and was never pushy, which are important traits that customers really notice. When we came back to find a band for the diamond, he once again showed us something that we felt was perfect, and somehow was able to work his magic to get it mounted the same day. My fiancée and I could not be happier with the final product. He really made us feel like we were VIPs. As Marc told me on more than one occasion, it is not about making a quick sale, it is about trying to build a long term relationship with a customer. I really feel he accomplished this through his excellent work, and I look forward to doing business with him again in the future.

I was a little uncomfortable looking for wedding rings but Marc Savory made me feel very comfortable and was able to help me find exactly what I wanted and in my price range. The rings I chose had to be special ordered and still came very quickly (6 bus days)! Great service from Mario he found us the Emerald cut we wanted and made the setting from a picture we provided! All in all dropped $15,000 on a ring and the best part they ran the FULL amount on my debit card!! Most places won't run a debit card (or a credit card for that matter) for that much, they did it without questions! It made sense to do it this way because it was a great deal and financing would mean it cost more, not to mention all the $ sitting in the bank. Thanks to Vincent's for a great start to our forever!

Hello! I am writing you in regards of the beautiful, dazzling ROCK you helped my brother find for his fiancé. We still enjoy reliving this New Year’s Eve tale.
The big day went off without a hitch thanks to you! Jay took Mary on a “trip” to visit her family church to possibly look at it for a future date. He asked her if she wanted at present, and she laughed and “what?” Jay produced a new digital camera. A bewildered Mary wondered what in the world a digital camera was for. Jay told her it was for taking pictures of the church to show his family in Georgia. Mary went along with this, even posing for a few funny pictures. As they arrived to the church curb, Jay noticed a wedding party pulling up and thought, “oh nooooo….I had better get mooooving fast!” ( can you imagine the pressure?) So, he sweetly asked Mary if she wanted another present. Before Mary could turn her head to stutter “whaaa…” , Jay was on bended knee with a few tears popping the question. She is still amazed at her 2.2 caret beauty thanks to you!
Jay sure could not have pulled off this wonderful event without your help! We all thank you from the bottom of our hearts! Thank you for helping in creating lasting memories!
