Our Guarantee:

We offer lifetime cleaning, polishing, and inspection of all items purchased from Vincent’s Jewelers. In addition, we provide the following:

 

• We extend any and all manufactures’ guarantees or warranties.

• We offer a one-year guarantee against any manufactures’ defects, defects in metal, or defects in any work we performed on the item.

• We fully represent and disclose the quality, weight, and nature of gemstones and metals contained in all items purchased from us.

 

Return Policy:

Your complete satisfaction is our goal. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly refund your purchase as follows:

• 15 day full-refund privileges.

• 60 Days full “in-store credit” refund privileges.

• On altered items, we will refund the purchase price less the original labor to alter the item and the cost to put the item back in tis original state.

• On custom designed and manufactured pieces, we will refund the full amount less the labor costs incurred.

• On special orders, if the manufacturer will accept the item back, we will give a full refund less any charges we may incur such as shipping or restocking fees.

Trade-In policy:

For all diamonds over one-half carat (mountings excluded) purchased from Vincent’s Jewelers and accompanied with the original receipt, we will give the full purchase price paid as a trade-in toward any merchandise in our store. This excludes consignment pieces and luxury watches such as Rolex.
